You may obtain an Open Records Request form, for all police and accident reports, by visiting City Hall, which is located at 402 East Broadway Ave, McLoud, Oklahoma 74851 or by emailing mcloudadmin@mcloudok.us to receive a copy of the form. No records will be given without first filling out the Open Records Request form in full.
